Prices

All Prices are in UK Pounds and include VAT at the prevailing rate.

 

Privacy

SailTek Ltd does not hold financial details of its customers. Your Ronstan user account will remember your shipping address details and other useful information. You can edit your account details when required.

 

Production Description

SailTek attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, SailTek does not warrant that product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by SailTek is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

 

Payment

The Ronstan (UK) web store processes all payments through PayPal. This completely secure payment method allows you to use your credit card or your PayPal account. Whichever method you choose, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your payment and then back to the Ronstan Website when you are complete. Your contract of sale is with SailTek Ltd, who operate as the order processing and fulfilment partner of Ronstan UK Ltd.

 

Delivery

We only accept orders to a UK shipping address, we do not accept international orders. Your ship to address must include a complete street address, our courier service cannot ship to a Post Office Box. SailTek aim to process your order as soon as possible, generally we process orders within 3 working days. However during busy periods your order may not be processed until 3-4 working days from receipt of order. Minimum postage charge for small articles sent with Royal Mail is £1.50. All queries relating to your order shipment and delivery should be directed to SailTek Ltd.

Stock Levels

All of our products are offered subject to availability. If for any reason we cannot supply you with any part of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone within 48 hours. If we need to cancel and refund any item, this will be made back to the source of original payment.


Cancellation period

Customers have the right to cancel any order for stock items up to 7 days after the day the goods were delivered. The customer is responsible for returning the goods to SailTek before repayment can be made. SailTek will refund the cost of the goods (not any postage) within 30 days of cancellation, providing the goods have been returned unused, undamaged and fit for re-sale.

Returns Policy

All returned goods must be accompanied with a note explaining the reason for return. SailTek do not accept any responsibility for paying the costs involved in returning goods. The costs incurred in sending unwanted goods back to SailTek are the responsibility of the customer, we also advise proof of postage is obtained as we are not liable for items lost in transit and ask that original packaging is returned. All SailTek products can be returned to us for an exchange or refund if they are in as-sold condition and in original packaging, within 7 days of receipt.

Include a copy of your web store invoice and packing slip with the returned package.

Keep a record of your shipment until you have received your replacement, credit or refund.

Clearance / Sale items are non-returnable unless under the terms of a product warranty.

 

SailTek's Product Guarantee

All products have their normal manufacturers warranty.
